What is your process for working with a new customer? 
Both buyers and sellers have a phone interview with us to determine their needs, how soon they need to buy or sell, downpayment, loan approval and other information. 

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? 
Continuing education is required every 4 years but our industry evolves everyday and so it is imperative that we keep up-to-date on a weekly, if not, on a daily basis on changing trends and new laws. Agatha has worked in different areas of real estate which gives her a unique perspective on your transaction. 

Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? 
Standard listing amount is 4.5% of the sales price.  
Probates and short sales commission are determined on a case by case basis and maybe higher than 4.5%. 

**The amount or rate of real estate commission is not fixed by law. They are set by each broker individually and may be negotiable between Seller and Broker. (Real Estate commissions include all compensation and fees to Broker)**
